"An entertaining story of a robber turned Robin Hood, CBI Officer Kumar Sahni (Shashi Kapoor) is assigned the task of apprehending Vicky (Dharmendra) a dreaded mafia don. Vicky takes shelter with Acharya Ji (Pran), the spiritual guru, of Kumar's ancestral village to escape the police. Vicky's prolonged stay with Acharya Ji reforms him and he quits the world of crime. However, his past comes back to haunt him when Kumar tracks him down. Will Vicky be able to walk the path of salvation?
